Annual Budget/Fiscal Accounting/Annual Audits
The Health Administrator holds the overall responsibility for the development and finalization of the annual T.A. Health Program budget(s) and may consult with program employees and the Finance/Policy Officer before submission.
The annual budget may include:
- Program and service objectives;
- Improvement plans;
- Expenditures for each program area; and
- Expenditures for the overall administration of the T.A. Health Program.
The Health organization believes the financial affairs of the organization must be carefully controlled to ensure the finances are being administered in the most efficient and ethical manner.
Annual Audits are completed each fiscal year and directed to the proper funding authorities and displayed for community viewing.
