Immunization
Goal:
The goal of the immunization program is to maintain or assess the level of immunity of the reserve population against diseases by offering immunization schedules.
Objective:
The objective of the immunization program is to have clients assessed for eligibility for immunization by health status according to the chronic list (ex: flu shots), information obtained from a clients immunization records in order to keep clients up to date with immunizations.
Focus:
The Immunization Program is designed to maintain or assess the level of immunity of the Reserve population against communicable disease(s) by offering immunization on a scheduled basis.
- Infants and children will be up-to-date as per immunization schedule.
- Adults will be updated on immunization.
- Increase BCG immunization client awareness.
- Client file updates.
- Immunization awareness
